THE FOUR STOOGES
This whole write up for this part is dedicated to Ijah, Iman and Izzan. Unfair right, how each of their nicknames starts with the letter I? I guess people should start calling me Irdina. Hahaha. So it all started because we were classmates and since it was still during the Covid-19 pandemic, our registration were divided into four sessions. Coincidentally, we found out that the 4 of us were to be registered at the same time from our class Whatsapp group. That was one day before our registration day. Izzan immediately created a new Whatsapp group for us to discuss what are we going to do for the next day because we wanted to be in the same house, as were kind of afraid to meet new people out of our class’ circle. We heard from the students from other courses who had registered earlier that those who queue in the same line when you are about to get the key are most probably to become housemates. So we planned, excitedly, to stick together from the very start. “No one gets out from the car until all of us arrive, okay?” “Let’s get inside the hall together, queue in a line together, get in the bus together, do everything together.” “Stick together until we make it.” Aaaaand so I still remember they literally waited for me because I was the last one to arrive. We were so nervous, not gonna lie! Like, what if we failed? But the plan continued anyway. Only after I arrived then we started loading off our things from our cars. Iman said in our Whatsapp group, “Hey heyy I see blue Bezza over there! That’s Aimi” XD.
When the bus dropped us off next to Cafe Dahlia, we had to queue at the counter to take our keys. Izzan was in front of me, followed by Iman and Ijah at my back. We were discussing like “What if we just ask?” “Who’s gonna ask?” “Zan, you ask la” “Why me???” LMAOOO HAHHAHAHAH. At first, the volunteer who was handling the keys seemed so cocky. So i was already like, “Argh guess this will fail” but thennnn, I heard Izzan asking anyway. “Sis, can we get the same keys?” I SWEAR, THAT SISTER, SHE GROANED. “Ugh. How many of you?” “4.” I couldn’t hear what she replied next but then after Izzan’s turn she went to the side, followed by the rest of us. The sister, she didn’t mention anything. She just gave the keys so I thought like okay she must’ve been tired of dealing with people. FORTUNATELY, WHEN WE LOOKED AT OUR KEYS, WE SCREAMED IN JOY BECAUSE WE MADE IT OMG!!!! I couldn’t be more grateful than the great kick off to my college life.

Since then, we do almost everything together. The best part is that we usually go to the cafe during dinner time just to takeaway the ‘nasi tomyam’ set and eat it together at the hall of our house. One night, some sort of a bug (HUGE BUG) flew into our house through the window while we were eating. Chaotic. That is the only word I could say. LOOOOL. Next, I think it was really a privilege for me because I have my classmates to wake up me up for class. (There was this one time I had to present during the class but I was asleep, Ijah quickly went to my room and woke me up. It was already immediately my turn, by the way. Hahahaha). Another unforgettable memory is the night before Grammar Midterm paper. I’m sorry but this is really not a wise thing to do hahaha but we didn’t study that night. We only did some past year questions then we had a really long, good talk. We laughed a lot too. Like A LOT, until I accidentally hit my head at Ijah’s cupboard T_T Sadly, I can't put most of our funny moments together here because we were free hair in the videos. Whatever it is, I will treasure that night forever. Now that we moved to Dengkil, we’re no longer housemates <///3 but it’s still fine anyway because Ijah and I got in the same room and even Izzan and Iman are roommates too (of course we planned this as well XD)
To sum up, I just have to say that these 3 people turn out to be the addition to my most-important-people list. *I'm tearing up* Before I started my Foundation life, I thought I would never make like, you know, new best friends. I thought I would just hang around with everyone and not get too close with anyone. But right now, I absolutely don’t want to picture my life without them. I meannnn, Izzan with her silly jokes and clownery, Iman with her caring and hidden softness, Ijah with her craziness (read: laziness) and whom I always share stories to? How can I not need them? Who else am I going to do stupid things with? We made rempit TikToks, dressed up like boys, roasted each other and countless more. So, if the three of you are reading this, thank you so much for existing <3 I want you to know that I am genuinely glad knowing you, and that I love you with all my heart. (eww)
